What it is
Void Brawl puts you and up to five bots in one arena with a black hole in the middle. Everyone flies the same small ship. Weapons and upgrades drop at random and run out, so you have to move, hide, hunt and grab what you can.
Fire your rope at an asteroid, swing around it to change direction fast, or whip a small rock into a rival. Careless swings hit things and hurt your ship. Pull too close to the black hole and it will have you.
Prefer real rivals? Gather up to five friends on the same Wi-Fi network and fight it out, six ships in one arena, no internet servers needed.

Gameplay: Void Brawl: six ships, one black hole.
Ways to play
- Classic: every ship has five respawns. The last ship still flying wins.
- Timed: a four-minute match. Highest score wins.
- Practice: relaxed play with no pressure, good for learning the rope and the weapons.
Choose how many bots you face, from one to five, and how good they are: Rookie, Pilot, Ace or Legend. The bots have their own styles. Some hunt you, some scavenge, some dance around rocks, some snipe from far away, and some wait to finish off the weak.
Six ships, one Wi-Fi, zero servers
Bots are fun, but nothing beats the moment a friend rope-swings round a rock and slams it into your ship. Void Brawl has local multiplayer: one player hosts, up to five more join, and the arena fills with six real pilots, all in the same room (or the same Wi-Fi).
- Host: one player starts the match and sets it up.
- Join: up to five friends on the same Wi-Fi network find the host and hop in. Six ships in all.
- Everyone sees who is who: each pilot shows a player name and ship colour, so you know exactly who to blame.
- Private by design: the game talks directly between your devices on the local network. There is no game server and nothing goes to us. No accounts, no chat.
Your phone may ask for permission to use the local network the first time, so it can find nearby players. Say yes and the lobby fills up. Say no and the rest of the game still works against bots.
Pick-ups, hazards and tricks
- Weapons: your small blaster never runs dry (but it reloads). Crates give scatter, laser, homing missiles and mines. A laser shows its aim line, and missiles lock on to the nearest ship.
- Drone: a little helper ship that guards you, then flies off to attack near the end of its life.
- Rope: grab asteroids, swing around them and sling them. Big rocks are heavy and hard to move. Small rocks are easy.
- Moves: dash, and a corkscrew roll that leaves a spiral trail.
- Black hole: pulls harder the closer you fly. Its gravity bends your path from a distance.
- Solar flares: a wave sweeps the arena. Hide behind a rock or use your flare shield.
